who we are

Two brothers from Cleveland, Ohio, Aaron and André Eanes, established A&A Management in 2012 with the intention of building a new business model to support professional athletes that leverages the full capacity of their brand in a digital and dynamic world.

In a little over a decade we’ve built a team with a diverse mix of backgrounds to support the wide range of needs of today’s top athletes and entertainers. This includes executives from financial sectors, entertainment, music, reputable sports firms, and leagues.
